How we do it?

⦁ Capacity building and training programs, including but not limited to training, seminars, workshops that enables people, institutions and organizations to strengthen their capabilities to develop, implement and maintain sustainable and effective policies. We focus on knowledge development, knowledge transfer, skills development and practice in the implementation of SDGs, providing tools and guidance for strategy, operations, and monitoring.

⦁ Research and advocacy, to support analysis and review of existing and upcoming policies, create best practices in the areas of institutional capacities and leadership needed to reach sustainable development objectives. Advocate to maintain such topics and results of our research on top of policymakers’ agendas.

⦁ Strategic development, to provide institutions in the public and private sectors with tools, methodologies and outputs, in order to better address the complexity of cross-sectoral policies and activities. We provide support in establishing systems and structures that provides the optimum funding, partnership development and impact in relation to sustainable development.
